Miles S. Nadal is the founder and executive chairman of Peerage Capital Group, a leading North American private investment firm that partners with entrepreneurial management teams to accelerate their growth.

Peerage Realty Partners, an affiliate of Peerage Capital, is the largest Sotheby’s International Realty franchisee and a growing presence in the North American luxury residential real estate market. Core service activities include real estate financing, transaction services, asset management, rental, and home improvement for purpose-built rental properties. Through its partner firms, Peerage Realty Partners is projected to sell over $40 billion USD ($50 billion CAD) in 2022.

Peerage has also partnered in a fast-growing self-storage business that includes Vaultra Storage. In the wealth management sector, Peerage Capital partners include Echelon Wealth Management, Artemis Investment Management, ARS Investment Partners and Vestcap Investment Management.

Miles’ philanthropy extends to the Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre, The Miles Nadal Heart Centre and cardiology fellowship program at Mount Sinai Hospital, the Miles and Kelly Nadal Centre for Youth, the Human Anti-Trafficking Response Team in partnership with Women’s College Hospital, Miles Nadal Management Centre at the Schulich School of Business, and the National Business Book Awards.

In Israel, Miles is an involved supporter of the Peres Centre for Peace & Innovation, Miles S. Nadal School of Technological Entrepreneurship at Tel Aviv University, Weitzman Institute of Science, United Hatzalah, and Yad Vashem.

Lisa Swartzman is a seasoned senior executive with a foundation in finance, augmented by hands-on operational experience gained in CEO/C-Suite roles with industrial and CPG businesses, particularly in a manufacturing environment.

She is currently running BGO Advisory, providing strategic and operating support to small and mid-size companies, focusing on business transformation, and evaluating potential M&A and capital structures.

Her work experience includes roles as president of AirBoss of America Corp, and vice president and treasurer of George Weston/Loblaw Companies. She is also presently active on the boards of TerrAscend Corp. and the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto, as well as the advisory boards of HiBnbandSol Cuisine Ltd. until its sale in January 2022.

Leadership Sinai was an obvious choice for me. Not only did I want to give back to the community, but I also wanted to feel aligned and connected with the purpose of my donations.

The projects and programs that Leadership Sinai’s fundraising supports are life altering and relevant to the age and stage of the membership making them feel even more tangible.

Equally important are the events and programs that Leadership Sinai runs, giving members exposure to the various scientists and areas of the hospital their donations support. It’s impossible to be exposed to the brilliant and dedicated people at Mount Sinai and not want to be part of the solution to the problems they’re working to solve!

Richard Pilosof is a founding partner and the CEO of RPIA, one of Canada's largest alternative asset management firms. RPIA provides fixed income solutions for a broad range of Canadian investors, from private clients to institutions.

Prior to founding RPIA, Richard spent over 25 years with RBC Capital Markets, where he served as managing director and head of Global Debt Markets. Richard was also responsible for developing and building RBC's international capital markets platform, which now has significant operations in London, Hong Kong, Sydney and New York.

Richard is an active community volunteer, serving as a director on the Mount Sinai Hospital Board and as co-chair for the Sinai Health Foundation, where he was also the campaign chair and a member of the philanthropy executive council, stewardship council and gift acceptance committee. He is currently a board member of the Ontario Junior Hockey League Foundation and president of the Pickering Panthers Junior A Hockey Club.

Richard holds a BA in Finance from Coastal Carolina University.

When we look at our careers or our professional lives, it is important to not only build our careers but also give back to those who are less fortunate. Health care is clearly an area that is important to everyone. I chose Sinai for many reasons, but chiefly because I feel that Sinai holds a special connection to the city and to my family, and because of the outstanding research and care that takes place there.
