Active Release Techniques

We use this patented technique to target the soft tissues of the body.

What we do

Active Release Techniques (ART) is a patented method that targets the soft tissues of the body, which includes muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves and fascia.

During an ART session, the practitioner uses a combination of pressure and movement to break down scar tissue surrounding the soft tissues. This technique can help reduce pain and improve your range of motion.

Active release techniques can help treat a variety of conditions, including:

  • Muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia and nerves issues
  • Headaches
  • Back pain
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Shin splints
  • Shoulder pain
  • Sciatica
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Knee problems
  • Tennis elbow
