MyChart is an online website where patients can access their own personal health information based on clinical information that is available from partnering sites and personal information that is entered by the users.

Some of the other hospitals using the MyChart system in the Greater Toronto Area include Sunnybrook Hospital, Baycrest Centre and Michael Garron Hospital.

For example, if you are a MyChart user who sees a cardiologist at Sunnybrook Hospital and has their regular mammography appointment at Mount Sinai Hospital, records related to both of these visits would be available to you.

Other hospitals in Ontario may have their own patient health information tool.
