Physiotherapy
We provide assessment and treatment that promotes healing, reduces pain and improves movement, strength, balance and mobility.
What we do
Physiotherapists perform a thorough assessment and determine the best treatment plan based on your goals.
Physiotherapy is often used to support recovery from injuries and pain involving joints, soft tissue, discs, ligaments, nerves and muscles in all areas of the body.
Treatment plans may include exercise, soft tissue therapy, manual therapy, strengthening programs, acupuncture techniques, shockwave, and blood flow restriction therapy.
Physiotherapy is effective for treating various conditions, including:
- Low back, neck and mid back pain
- Sciatica
- Nerve pain
- Shoulder injuries (for example, rotator cuff tendinopathy)
- Foot and Ankle sprains
- Knee injuries (for example, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, meniscus)
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Frozen shoulder
- Osteoarthritis (for example, knees, hips and spine)
- Pelvic pain and pelvic conditions
- Plantar fasciitis
- Pregnancy-related discomfort
- Repetitive strain injuries
- Sports injuries
Our physiotherapists also provide rehabilitation services for people who are recovering from surgeries, such as joint replacement, multi-ligament knee repairs, rotator cuff repairs and Achilles tendon repairs.
