Our general surgeons have specialized skills and undergo subspecialty surgical training for complex procedures. Our colorectal surgery team is the largest in the Greater Toronto Area.

We conduct surgeries to remove cancerous tumours, such as those in the breast or gastrointestinal system, provide surgical treatment for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and address various benign conditions. We perform advanced laparoscopic surgery, use other minimally invasive techniques and robotics.

We have extensive expertise in a wide range of procedures, including the following:  

  • Rare and complex breast surgery to treat cancer
  • Local excisions, lumpectomies and sentinel node biopsies
  • Abdominal tumour, pelvic tumour and sarcoma resections

Our experts in gynecological, gyne-oncological and uro-gynecological surgery serve patients at every stage of their lives. They specialize in the use of minimally invasive techniques and advanced technology, including robotics, to give patients less invasive surgical options, faster recovery times and lower risks of infection complications.

Our otolaryngologists specialize in performing highly intricate surgeries to treat head and neck cancers along with other conditions of the ears, nose and throat. We provide advanced options, including minimally invasive procedures that use innovative robot-assisted technology, as well as reconstructive surgeries.

Our dental surgeons work closely with oral pathologists, facial pain specialists and prosthodontists to treat disorders and abnormalities of the face, mouth and neck. We specialize in reconstructive surgery and total temporomandibular joint (TMJ) reconstruction.
