Jessica Haber is a Registered Social Worker in the Perinatal Mental Health Program at the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team. She employs a collaborative and empathic approach to support patients throughout their perinatal journey, spanning from fertility, through pregnancy, and up to one year postpartum.

Jessica earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University in New York and her Bachelor's with honors specialization in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. She is also trained in treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders by Postpartum Support International.

With experience working with adolescents and their families in the community, Jessica has developed an understanding of the importance of prioritizing caregivers' mental health at the earliest point to promote healthy family systems. In her role at the Family Health Team, she is committed to providing patients with the support and tools they need to navigate some of life's most challenging and often isolating stages.
