Dr. Daniela Costantini

Dr. Daniela Costantini has been a family physician at The Sherman Health and Wellness Centre and staff member of the Department of Family and Community medicine at the University of Toronto for almost a decade. Dr. Costantini is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team.

Dr. Costantini earned her medical degree at McMaster University and completed both her family medicine residency and the enhanced skills program in low risk Obstetrical care at the University of Toronto.  She holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from the Department of Medical Biophysics at the University of Toronto. She enjoys practicing comprehensive family medicine and teaching medical students and medical residents.
