Joana Alves

Joana Alves is our dedicated Medical Office Assistant to the Ray D. Wolfe Department of Family Medicine Centre. Her role ensures the seamless functioning of our vibrant and growing department.

With a passion for providing top-notch administrative service and a knack for problem-solving, she plays a crucial role in managing daily office operations. From coordinating IT troubleshooting to ordering supplies and supporting new patient onboarding, she is committed to keeping everything running smoothly. In addition to the office coordination duties, she provides valuable administrative support to our Research program and Faculty program, handling faculty appointment onboarding and liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
