Lauren Rose

Lauren Rose is a Registered Dietitian in the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia, and her Nutrition degree from Ryerson University as well as completing her Dietetic Internship at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Lauren provides nutrition education, counseling and support to all ages across the lifespan, in both individual and group settings, with a primary focus on behavior change strategies towards achieving health goals. She has a cross appointment with the University of Toronto as well as being active in the Interprofessional Health Provider Educators role with the Department of Family and Community Medicine.   As a Dietitian in an academic setting, Lauren participates in nutrition education for medical clerks, residents, dietetic interns and medical staff. She has been trained in media communications and has shared her expertise with media over the years.  She also speaks regularly on health and nutrition related topics of interest.
