Rita Marcal

Rita joined Mount Sinai in 2000 and started her professional journey with Family Medicine. Over the years, her dedication and passion for administrative work in Primary Care have offered her the opportunity to offer her expertise through various administrative roles and be an administrative leader in the opening of our satellite site where she is currently the Site Manager.

Her ongoing commitment to enhance patient experience and access continue to excel.  She leads numerous innovative initiatives at the site, always with a leadership lens considering downstream impacts . Rita is engaged in multiple departmental and hospital committees, Rita plays a impactful role in shaping organizational strategies and policies. 

She oversees clinic operations, manages staffing and oversees comprehensive organizational procedures day to day with ease.
