In this session, Dr. Christine Soong (Medical Director, Quality and Safety, Sinai Health and Hospital Medicine Division Head, Sinai Health) will lead a discussion on "Quality Improvement Study Design." Dr. Soong will highlight methods of increasing rigour to quality improvement (QI) work; common QI evaluative study designs; and share practical strategies and insights for designing effective QI studies to enhance health-care practices and achieve better outcomes.
