Join us at Mount Sinai Hospital for our next installment of the Research 101 learning series where we will explore the fundamentals of project management in health research and innovation projects, hosted by Dr. Ingryd Ventura, Research and Innovation Manager, Sinai Health.
In this session, Dr. Ventura will provide a comprehensive introduction to key project management concepts, tools and techniques essential for successful research initiatives. Participants will gain insights into common challenges and strategies to overcome them, as well as reflect on the most effective approaches to apply in their own projects.
