This class specifically targets the “core” muscles including the abdominals, lower back, pelvis and glutes. 

Using precise movements and breathing techniques, this workout will strengthen and condition your core.

Available Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

In collaboration with Toronto Academic Health Sciences Network (TAHSN), we’re pleased to offer additional virtual exercise classes.

Classes are open to people at Sinai Health, CAMH, SickKids and UHN. When signing in, add your hospital to your name to help us track participation (e.g., Sarah – Hennick Bridgepoint); camera is optional.
