Access remote working capabilities through Sinai Health’s Citrix environment.

Sinai Health provides remote working capabilities. These are provided through Sinai Health's Citrix environment. For download and installation instructions, please refer to the user guide (PDF).

Remote Citrix access (NEW!)

As of July 24, 2024, all residents, fellows, Mount Sinai Hospital employees and migrated Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital employees will use the hospital’s multi-factor authentication system to access the Citrix environment.

Remote Citrix Access with MFA

Note: Existing remote access users should continue to use their current process to access the Citrix environment. Additional communication and instructions will be provided to users in advance of their transition to the new Citrix environment.
