Group of young employees at Sinai Health

Sinai Health has been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People. This is the first time Sinai Health has been recognized with the award.

“We understand that young people are looking for work that provides inspiration and a sense of purpose. We are committed to an organizational culture that provides this, and more,” says Susan Brown, Executive Vice President, People and Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer. “We are fully committed to engaging and investing in our people; to building leadership strengths and management skills, to attracting and positioning top talent, in an environment that encourages everyone to be well and feel energetic.”

The award is given out annually by Mediacorp Canada, which also awards the yearly Top 100 Employers in Canada, as well as 18 regional and special interest editorial competitions.

For this year’s award, Mediacorp Canada, cited our summer MBA internship program and the Student Externship program for nursing students in their final year of undergraduate studies as some of the reasons for our selection.

“We are deeply invested in our people and culture to ensure that those who work, study, learn and volunteer here are able to provide safe, high-quality service excellence and compassionate care to our patients and families,” adds Susan.
