Dr. Guillaume Lim Fat

Dr. Guillaume Lim Fat received his Medical Degree from Queen’s University. He went on to complete residencies in Internal Medicine at Western University and Geriatric Medicine at the University of Toronto. He completed a Master’s Degree in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME). His clinical work focuses on geriatric medicine in acute care and older adults with cancer at the Geriatric Oncology Clinic. He has a scholarly interest in improving processes and care for alternate level of care (ALC) patients, as well as improving timely access to specialized care for older adults.
