We accept internal referrals from physicians at Mount Sinai Hospital. 

We accept internal referrals from physicians at Mount Sinai.  

To refer a patient to the following clinics, visit the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute (TAPMI)'s centralized referral hub. TAPMI directs all referrals to the most appropriate pain clinic, depending on the specialty and wait time.

  • Wasser Pain Management Clinic
  • The Pain in Pregnancy Clinic
  • Transitional Pain Service
  • The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

TAPMI accept referrals from physicians and nurse practitioners. Please note that patients must have a primary care provider for referrals to be accepted.
