The Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (PLM) Department is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in our operations.

We meticulously coordinate all accreditations on a comprehensive cycle within our quality office, ensuring compliance. Additionally, we oversee internal audits and conduct multi-level client satisfaction surveys to continually enhance our services.

Addressing and responding promptly to client needs is fundamental to our approach. We diligently maintain and update our quality manual. Our rigorous document control procedures align with accreditation standards.

We vigilantly track accreditation requirement changes, ensuring departmental conformity. Moreover, our incident monitoring and investigation processes allow us to address concerns effectively and quickly, fostering a culture of continual improvement within and across divisions in the department.
