Using the principles of intuitive eating, you’ll learn the first steps to trust your body’s cues, let go of restrictive diets, and embrace a more balanced, fulfilling approach to eating. This workshop provides actionable tools and mindset shifts to help you cultivate a more compassionate relationship with food, while honouring your body's nutritional needs.
