Georgina Morley, PhD, MSc, RN, HEC-C, is Nurse Ethicist and Director of the Nursing Ethics Program at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA. As Director of the Nursing Ethics Program, Dr. Morley leads nursing ethics education and moral distress support programming across the Cleveland Clinic health-care system. Georgina is an internationally recognized expert on moral distress and nursing ethics and is an empirical researcher and ethics consultant (more than 400 ethics consults). In addition to serving on the clinical ethics consultation service, Georgina also provides embedded ethics support to the Heart Failure Section and is part of the Advanced Heart Failure Therapeutics Committee.

Cristie Horsburgh, JD, is a Clinical Ethicist at Cleveland Clinic in Northeast Ohio. She is a Co-Director of the Cleveland Clinic Fellowship in Advanced Bioethics, Associate Director of the Nursing Ethics Program, Associate Director of the Clinical Ethics Immersion Program and directs ethics services and programming in four community-based hospitals. She also serves as an inaugural board member of the Council on Program Accreditation for Clinical Ethicist Training. In addition to ethics consultation (more than 1,000 ethics consults), her clinical and scholarly work has recently focused on developing responses to moral distress, broadening the impact of ethics programming through professional development structures, and innovating clinical ethics training programs.
