Sinai Health is honoured to have been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2025.

This award has been given out annually by Mediacorp Canada as part of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. For 2025, Mediacorp Canada cited Sinai Health’s accomplishments in managing a healthy workplace program that offers multiple mentorship and development programs, including our pharmacy residency program and our nursing mentorship program. They also acknowledged the Nurse Graduate Guarantee program, which provides new nurses with temporary full-time employment to improve their transition to practice. Visit Canada’s Top 100 Employer’s website to read why Sinai Health was recognized as a Top Young Employer.

We connected with a few of Sinai Health’s young employees who are at the early stage in their careers, and asked them to share their thoughts on what makes Sinai Health such an exceptional place to work:

The extraordinary feelings you experience as a nurse on the Women’s and Infants’ Health team are indescribable. A few weeks ago, I was the primary nurse for a twin delivery. The miracle of life times two was amazing! Ongoing professional development, mentorship, daily huddles, and debriefings are all activities that Sinai Health has implemented to help grow my skills in a safe and supported environment.
