Nurses

Our nurses and nurse practitioners have additional training in high-risk obstetrics. They are an integral part of our care team and and can help answer some of your concerns.


Obstetric sonographers

Obstetric sonographers play an active role in your care. They perform diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds and advanced fetal imaging scans.  


Learners

Mount Sinai Hospital is a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto. You may be seen by a medical student, resident, maternal-fetal medicine fellow or other medical trainee as part of your care. Learners are supervised by other members of the health-care team.
