Craving Change

We provide a four-week workshop for patients who want support with eating habits.

What we do

The Craving Change program is a four-week workshop for patients who want support with eating habits. The workshop’s goal is to help people understand their relationship to food. We offer techniques that can help change your eating habits and repetitive behaviours.

This program is only available to patients of physicians at our Toronto site.

What to expect

Throughout the workshop, our team will help you learn how to develop and maintain a long-term positive relationship with food. Whether you eat for comfort, out of habit or in response to emotions, we can help you cultivate a healthier relationship with food.

What to bring

  • Health (OHIP) card or valid health-care coverage
  • A list of your current medications
  • A list of questions you want to ask
  • A support person, if desired
