Chart room

Sandy Daniel and Juna Sernias are the duo behind our chart room team. Together, they are the backbone of our document management system, facilitating the seamless utilization of our electronic medical record.

With careful attention to detail, Sandy and Juna meticulously process information to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of patient records. Their dedication ensures that these vital documents are readily accessible to our clinic staff, empowering them to deliver timely and efficient care to our patients.

Our administrative team are the first point of contact when you call or visit our office. When you call they will support you in answering questions, book appointments and connect you with our internal resources when needed.

The administrative team play a pivotal role in coordinating patient experience and quality of care. They coordinate the patient flow and they ensure that clinic runs smoothly. They also assist with preparing some procedures and they use our Electronic Medical Record they process information to ensure records are accurate and complete and available in a timely manner.
